All items are handcrafted pottery pieces. Natural variations in glaze, texture, and size are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. I stand behind my craftsmanship and encourage you to contact me with any questions before purchasing.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo evidence required – clear images showing the damage
- Email photos to: info@rupertrooster.com
- I’ll arrange replacement or full refund for verified shipping damage

No returns or exchanges accepted. Each piece is handcrafted and considered final sale upon purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only provided for items damaged during shipping (see Damaged Items section above).
