HANDMADE POTTERY – SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

All items are handcrafted pottery pieces. Natural variations in glaze, texture, and size are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. I stand behind my craftsmanship and encourage you to contact me with any questions before purchasing.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence required – clear images showing the damage
  • Email photos to: info@rupertrooster.com
  • I’ll arrange replacement or full refund for verified shipping damage

No returns or exchanges accepted. Each piece is handcrafted and considered final sale upon purchase.
